LasGidiSquare does not own, manage, or operate any of the businesses or events featured on the platform.

3. Business Listings

Businesses listed on LasGidiSquare provide their own information, including:

  • Operating hours
  • Photos
  • Service descriptions

LasGidiSquare may also collect information during field verification, but the business remains responsible for its accuracy.

3.1 Annual Listing Model

  • Listings are active for 12 months from the date of activation.
  • Renewal is required to maintain visibility after the 12-month period.
  • LasGidiSquare may send reminders but is not obligated to guarantee renewal notifications.

3.2 Updates to Listings

  • Each business is entitled to one free update per year.
  • Additional updates may attract a fee.
  • Update timelines depend on verification and business responsiveness.

4. Accuracy of Information

LasGidiSquare does not guarantee that business or event information is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Businesses and event organizers may change their details without notice.

Users are encouraged to contact businesses or event organizers directly to confirm:

  • Opening hours
  • Prices
  • Availability of services
  • Event dates and times
  • Venue details
  • Promotions

LasGidiSquare is not liable for any loss arising from outdated or incorrect information.

5. Featured Placements

Businesses may purchase optional featured placements within blog posts or curated lists.

5.1 Nature of Featured Content

  • Featured placements are paid visibility upgrades.
  • They do not imply endorsement, ranking, or quality assurance.
  • Placement within a blog post does not guarantee traffic or customer conversions.

5.2 Duration

  • Featured placements are one-time insertions unless otherwise agreed.
  • LasGidiSquare may update or archive blog posts as part of routine content management.

6. Event Listings

Event information is provided directly by organizers or sourced from publicly available information at the time of publication.

6.1 Accuracy and Updates

LasGidiSquare does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of event details, including:

  • Dates
  • Times
  • Venues
  • Ticket prices
  • Age restrictions
  • Program changes

Event details may change without notice.

6.2 Changes, Cancellations, and Postponements

LasGidiSquare is not responsible for:

7. User Responsibilities

8. Platform Availability

Businesses and event organizers grant LasGidiSquare a non-exclusive license to display:

This license is valid for the duration of the listing or event publication.

11. Limitation of Liability

LasGidiSquare is not responsible for:

  • Service quality provided by listed businesses
  • Customer experiences
  • Pricing changes
  • Delays, cancellations, or disputes
  • Event changes or cancellations
  • Losses arising from reliance on business or event information
  • Third-party actions or omissions

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

12. Indemnity

Businesses, event organizers, and users agree to indemnify LasGidiSquare against claims arising from:

  • Misrepresentation
  • Incorrect information
  • Copyright violations
  • Customer or attendee disputes
  • Illegal activities

13. Privacy and Data Handling
